Toch nog een echte wintermaand.
Daarom heb ik -misschien wat laat- een quiltje uit de mottenballen gehaald en opgehangen. Leuk om weer terug te zien. Goed dat er een etiket op zit: gemaakt in augustus 2007, langer geleden dan ik zelf zou denken.
Het schoolblokje van The Village of Hawk Run Hollow is klaar. Al zag ik op de foto dat de schommeltouwen nog missen... :-).
Almost February.
Yet another winter-month, so I took a little quilt I had in a trunk and hang it on the wall. It's nice to see it again. The label says I made it in August 2007, longer than I expected.
The schoolblock of The Village of Hawk Run Hollow is done, though I noticed some missing robes on the swing... :-).

Leuk zeg die village. Eindelijk wat leven na al die grafkisten en kerkhoven. En die sneeuwpoppen blijven ook leuk. Al blijft die sneeuwpop linksonder toch een beetje gekkig.
Mooi schoolblokje! inderdaad, de schommel is wat zweverig zo..:)) En je winterquiltje vind ik guitig. Niks te laat hoor. 't is nog steeds geen voorjaar..... brrr

Love,love,love that schoolhouse! I bid on some HRH charts but do not think I will stand a chance to win them. You never know... I just could not stand the temptation any longer because of seeing yours. :-)
Also love your snowman quilt. I remember seeing that pattern everywhere a couple of years ago. It remains an adorable quilt and you are right, it is the perfect time to use it. I see bloggers that are talking about spring and decorating for Easter already. I do not like rushing the seasons. I just put out my Valentine's decorations yesterday. I want to enjoy it first and then St. Patricks day and then I will think Easter and spring.
